Why do we want to dissociate tissues?

Clinical Need: to get from tissues to single cell suspensions for single cells sequencing, flow cytometry, or other analysis with a fast and easy workflow.
Need Statement: A low cost, fast (<15min), fully automated (no manual pipetting and manual loading to centrifuge)method to dissociate solid tumor and organ tissue with >95% purity and >80% viability, causing nointerference with transcriptomics or proteomics analysis in research and hospital labs by reducinghuman errors and hands-on time and optimizing the process.
